Permanent Property Maintenance Worker, Nova Skyland & Nova Galaxy Village, Rovaniemi

We are looking for a property maintenance worker for Nova Skyland and Nova Galaxy Village in Rovaniemi for a permanent position.

You will work in two different accommodation locations in Rovaniemi. Nova Skyland Hotel is located on the Arctic Circle in connection with Santa Claus Village and consists of modern suites and cottages. Nova Galaxy Village, on the other hand, is a glamping destination located in the middle of nature, where the accommodation consists of Aurora Hut glass accommodations and saunas. Travel between the locations is done with a company car.

In this role, you will ensure that the properties, accommodation facilities, and their technical systems function as they should in everyday life. The days include both planned maintenance and repair work as well as resolving rapidly arising situations. In a hotel environment, you will also encounter small practical problems from customers that require maintenance assistance. You will investigate and repair, for example, faults in rooms, furniture, equipment, and building technology, and ensure that problems are resolved as quickly as possible.

During the winter season, the work also includes snow removal and other maintenance of the properties' outdoor areas. The work is hands-on and varied, and no two days are necessarily exactly the same.

• Previous experience in property maintenance, maintenance, or building technology
• Readiness to also perform snow removal and other physical property maintenance tasks

• Good English language skills, as most customers are foreigners

• Shifts mainly from 8–16 or 9–17
• Salary 3200-3500€/month
• Start as soon as possible
