Production Operators – Kotka, Kotka

Do you want to be part of building the next generation of battery chemical production in Finland?

We are looking for production operators for our client Easpring Finland in Kotka to participate in the pilot phase and startup of a new production facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international and modern production environment right at the beginning of operations.

The employment relationship begins as a fixed-term contract and will initially last through the summer during the pilot production phase. After the pilot production is completed, there will be a break in employment. If the pilot production phase goes smoothly, there is an opportunity to continue working when the full production begins operations later in autumn 2026.

Job duties: As a production operator, you will participate in daily production tasks and ensure the safe and high-quality execution of the production process. You will work as part of an international team in a modern factory environment.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• use of production equipment and monitoring of processes
• following work instructions and safety practices
• ensuring product quality and recording production data
• handling materials and supporting the smooth flow of production
• maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work environment in accordance with 6S principles

What do we expect from you?

• At least 2 years of experience in process industry roles, preferably from the chemical industry
• Vocational education or other suitable technical background
• A meticulous and safety-conscious approach to work
• The ability to act according to instructions as well as part of a team
• English language skills – Finnish language skills are considered an advantage
