We are looking for a service expert to join Lippu.fi's sports partners!

In the role of a service expert, you will work specifically with our partners in sports clubs and other organizers of sporting events. You will be responsible for expert tasks related to their ticket sales services and will work in close cooperation with the partners and other expert teams at Lippu.fi.

You will succeed in this role if you are:

• interested in sports and sporting events
• a passionate event industry expert or willing to develop into one
• system-oriented and able to learn new systems effortlessly
• quick and possess a flexible work attitude, good problem-solving skills, and above all, an excellent customer service attitude
• language-proficient; successful performance of the work requires, in particular, proficiency in English

Bolt.Works Oy acts as the recruitment partner for Lippu.fi. The employment contract is concluded with Lippu.fi as a fixed-term contract until 15.12.2027. The work is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and we primarily work during office hours. After orientation, we require occasional readiness to work on call (evenings and weekends).
