Senior Project Manager (Structural)

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager (Construction) – Structural to oversee and manage structural construction works from project commencement through to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of structural construction projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities. Oversee structural works, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, foundations, formwork, and other related construction activities. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Review structural drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction programmes to ensure compliance with project requirements. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement effective corrective actions. Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, progress claims, and procurement activities. Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, building regulations, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders. Lead and supervise project teams, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Prepare and submit project progress reports, schedules, documentation, and other required reports to management and clients. Oversee testing, inspections, defect rectification, and project handover upon completion.
