4 feature shoot sessions/month + motion graphics/clips for social

Role summary

The Photographer & Videographer covers all Bold Magazine visual content from portrait shoots for featured personalities, event photography for Bold Media, and short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is a retainer role with a fixed monthly commitment and clear deliverables.

Monthly deliverables

• 4 feature portrait/interview shoots (in-studio or on-location)

• 3 short-form video clips per week for TikTok and Instagram Reels (12/month minimum)

• Event photography and videography for any Bold Media events in the month

• Edited, formatted files delivered within 24 hours of shoot

• 2 longer behind-the-scenes or documentary-style video per month for YouTube

Required qualifications

• 3+ years experience in portrait, editorial, and event photography/videography

• Strong portfolio of personality-driven editorial work

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing tools

• Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms

• Own equipment: camera, lighting, and editing setup
