Whether it is onboarding partners, meeting regulatory requirements, preventing fraud, or enabling financial services, verification must be secure, compliant, and effortless.

As the Senior Product Manager for Identification, you own one of bol's most strategic trust capabilities. You connect the product vision for identification to bol's broader business, compliance, and security strategy, translating that vision into plans that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers, partners, and the business.

Your work helps bol grow safely and responsibly while maintaining trust and meeting evolving regulatory obligations.

The biggest challenge Identification sits at the intersection of customer experience, partner onboarding, fraud prevention, compliance, risk management, and platform architecture.

The core challenge is balancing regulatory and security requirements with a seamless user experience and operational efficiency. You will navigate competing priorities across engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, legal, financial services, and business teams, ensuring stakeholders understand the trade-offs between security, compliance, customer experience, and growth.
