Sales Advisor - PT - Trento

The Boggi Milano Sales Advisor cultivates relationships with customers and translates the vision and commercial objectives into tangible results every day.

Your Activities

• Achieving the sales targets defined by the Store Manager;
• Working synergistically with colleagues, supporting the team and contributing to a climate of mutual trust;
• Maintaining a positive, balanced, and constructive approach even in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and a work orientation focused on continuous improvement;
• Welcoming, engaging, and relating to the customer, providing, through active listening, a consultative sales proposal consistent with the Boggi Milano brand positioning;
• Translating the analysis of key KPIs into concrete corrective actions aimed at improving the point of sale performance;
• Transforming customer interaction into an excellent customer experience, with targeted storytelling, deep product knowledge, and a sales proposal designed to best satisfy their needs;
• Methodically managing your own time and daily priorities.

Who You Are

• You have at least one year of sales experience in the premium fashion/menswear sector;
• You know the English language, other languages will be a plus.

The indicated salary range refers to the equivalent of a full-time position. If the job offer is sponsored as part-time, the salary will be pro-rated according to the hours worked relative to the total number of hours.
