Merchandising Buying & Planning - curricular internship

Within our Merchandising structure, we are looking for an INTERN CURRICULAR INTERNSHIP - Merchandising Buying & Planning The resource will be responsible for the following activities: Support for BUYING activities within our management systems:

Support in the preparation of purchase orders with Store – Item – Size detail

Support in the creation and uploading of Purchase Orders and Sales Orders for seasonal goods, for Prima Linea stores and for Franchising Stores;

Verification of item master data within the management system and the tools used in the Company;

Entry of price lists within the management system;

Downloading orders from the management system for the processing of corporate reporting

Support for activities related to Special Projects:

Support in the preparation of ad hoc picking lists for special projects;

Verification of item master data for special projects;

Support in the preparation of Quotations;

Verification of stock or arrivals for goods destined for special projects.

• Student graduating in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia, Informatica or related fields.
• Problem-solving skills and an approach oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).
