In Store Operations Specialist - FT - Udine

The In-Store Operations Specialist at Boggi Milano cultivates relationships with customers and collaborates with the store team to achieve commercial objectives.

Your Activities

• Precisely manage cash, administrative, and back office operations of the store (cash transactions, invoicing, payments, Tax Free), in compliance with company procedures;
• Manage tasks connected to omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send) in compliance with established deadlines and guidelines;
• Perform customer service activities when required;
• Work synergistically with colleagues, supporting them in sales and contributing to a climate of mutual trust;
• Maintain a positive, balanced, and constructive approach even in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and a work orientation focused on continuous improvement;
• Encourage interaction with the customer by sales assistants aimed at an excellent customer experience;
• Methodically manage your own time and daily priorities.

Who you are

• You have gained at least one year of experience in back office/retail operations, preferably in the premium fashion sector;
• You have good organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in using IT and management tools;
• You know the English language, other languages will be a plus.
