In-Store Operations

Role The In-Store Operations Specialist at BOGGI Milano develops privileged relationships with customers and works in close collaboration with the boutique team to contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.

Responsibilities Accurately manage the boutique's cash register, administrative, and back-office operations (cash transactions, invoicing, payments, Tax Free), in compliance with company procedures;

Manage all activities related to omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send) in compliance with established deadlines and guidelines;

Ensure customer service when necessary;

Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting them in the sales process and contributing to establishing a climate of mutual trust;

Adopt a positive, balanced, and constructive attitude, including in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and strong professional commitment in a continuous improvement approach;

Promote interaction with customers by Sales Advisors to guarantee an excellent customer experience;

Effectively manage time and daily priorities.

Profile sought You have at least one year of experience in back-office or retail operations, preferably in the premium fashion sector;

You possess strong organizational skills and great attention to detail, as well as good proficiency in IT tools and management systems;

You have a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
