Facility & Maintenance Specialist

Activities:

Management of Tickets and extraordinary maintenance requests for the store network, supporting the Facility Manager.

Requesting quotes from suppliers, managing orders and confirmations, and monitoring.

Interfacing with Suppliers and stores for the scheduling of interventions.

Remote management of systems and utilities.

Programming of ordinary maintenance as per contract, managing the intervention planning while supporting the Facility Manager.

Collection and archiving of system certifications and verification reports.

Organizing corrective actions in stores for regulatory compliance regarding safety, in collaboration with the Facility manager and RSPP.

Collaboration and production of reporting: Budget, actual, and forecast of Maintenance Costs.

Gross annual salary (RAL) starting from 24 k euro plus meal vouchers

Diploma from a technical institute/geometra or a degree in the architectural/engineering field Good knowledge of the English language is required
