The Academy Specialist actively contributes to the design, implementation, and monitoring of training plans, supporting the skill growth of retail teams. It is a key figure in the operational management of the Academy, coordinating different touchpoints (E-Learning, Virtual Class, In-person Training) and developing Analytics through Artificial Intelligence tools, to support faster and data-driven decisions. Develops selected content within the scope of retail training and supports all Academy processes at a Global level.

Main Responsibilities Coordinate the planning of training activities, ensuring effective communication and participation from the target audience.

Operatively manage LMS (Learning Management System) platforms: content upload, course assignment, participation tracking, reporting.

Support the production of training materials (presentations, handbooks, guides, e-learning).

Provide support to Field Coaches on the ground, to Store Managers, and to IN-Store Academy Partners.

Collaborate with internal departments to implement training and organizational projects.

Contribute to the organization of corporate in-person training events, such as onboarding, store manager meetings, and various others.

  • Constantly maintain updated retail databases, in coordination with the HR Dept. for monitoring attendance and onboarding.

· Data Analysis and AI-driven problem solving A distinctive component of the role involves the use of data and artificial intelligence tools to make the Academy more effective, proactive, and capable of anticipating the training needs of the organization. Monitor and analyze training KPIs and data (participation rates, completion, course effectiveness, feedback) to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.

Use artificial intelligence tools (automated reporting, assisted content generation, etc.) to optimize training processes and support data-driven decisions.

Transform collected data into concrete insights and propose innovative, targeted solutions to respond promptly to the training needs of the points of sale and the organization.

Collaborate with IT/Data teams and LMS platform providers for the adoption and continuous improvement of digital and AI tools in support of the Academy.

Requirements At least 2 years of experience in the L&D field, retail training, or corporate Academy management.

Knowledge of the main digital tools and platforms for training (LMS, e-learning tools, authoring tools).

Strong analytical attitude, with the ability to read and interpret data and KPIs to guide decisions and propose concrete solutions (data/AI-driven problem solving).

Knowledge of or interest in artificial intelligence tools applied to training (e.g., content generation, reporting automation): constitutes a plus.

Excellent organizational skills, precision, and result orientation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ownership, and problem solving.

Ability to work in a team and manage projects on multiple levels.

Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
