Your tasks

• Order processing & delivery date management - Independent recording and processing of customer orders, handling of order changes and delivery date inquiries
• Quantity contracts & delivery schedule processing - Processing of call-off orders, maintenance of quantity contracts as well as EDI-supported delivery schedule processing including master data maintenance
• Customer support & interface management - First point of contact for customers in all operational matters; close cooperation with field service and internal specialist departments
• Complaint & receivables management - Processing of customer complaints, returns processing, credit note creation as well as dunning and deduction processing
• Ecosit supply system processing

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as Industriekaufmann/-frau or Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel
• Professional experience in internal sales or Customer Service, ideally in the commercial environment of screw and fastening technology
• Basic technical understanding as well as sales competence in dealing with customers
• Confident handling of ERP-Systemen, Office MS365 as well as EDI processes
• Structured, independent way of working with strong organizational talent
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented appearance towards customers and internal interfaces
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
