Your tasks

You are responsible for rolling sales and demand planning, taking into account customer orders, projects, and market developments. You analyze forecasts as well as plan-actual variances, derive plan adjustments, and create relevant evaluations, e.g., regarding fast/slow movers and individual planning customers. You accompany projects until the start of series production, update the Demand Plan, and manage ramp-up and ramp-down processes, including relevant master data parameters. You prepare and follow up on Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings and track the implementation of agreed measures. You work closely with Sales, project participants, and national subsidiaries and provide them with specialist support regarding customer developments and planning processes.

Your profile

• Commercial or logistical training with relevant professional experience or a degree in the field of Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or comparable.
• Several years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management.
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working as well as strong communication skills.
• High IT affinity, very good MS-Office skills, and good English skills.
