Your tasks:

• Order receipt and processing
• Support for our subsidiaries and customers
• Telephone product consulting
• Processing customer requests in close cooperation with the field service
• Strengthening customer loyalty
• Delivery planning and processing with a focus on the DACH region
• Participation in projects to optimize process workflows
• Regular exchange with interface departments, especially field service, logistics, and production control

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a commercial degree
• Customs knowledge is an advantage
• High degree of customer orientation and service mentality
• Understanding of numbers and interest in controlling and analysis tasks
• Confident handling of the MS Office package
• Experience with the ERP system KOSS
• Profound English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Team-oriented as well as independent way of working
• Structured, responsible, and goal-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel for dealer and trade fair visits
