Factory Quality Manager M/F
Missions:
As Factory Quality Manager (M/F), your main mission is to manage the factory's quality management system (QMS), ensure customer satisfaction, ensure product compliance, and promote continuous improvement in order to achieve the objectives defined by management. You act in compliance with Quality and Environment, Health, Safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the factory's quality strategy through action plans, indicators, and associated objectives
- Propose and implement improvement actions for the factory in accordance with the company's strategic orientations to achieve the set objectives
- Collaborate closely with production teams to guarantee compliance with quality standards throughout the processes
- Perform internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and propose improvements
- Handle customer quality issues and non-conformities
- Ensure staff training regarding quality
- Supervise and manage the control department
Qualifications:
Degree in quality management
Significant experience in quality management, ideally in the heat treatment sector
In-depth knowledge of quality standards related to aeronautics, regulations, and quality assurance procedures
Strong team management and leadership skills
Mastery of measurement, analysis, and problem-solving tools
Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and motivate collaborators
Rigor required in documentation management
Autonomy and interpersonal skills
Technical English is essential
