Will you jump on board? Your responsibilities are:
- Receiving and checking drivers and their transport documentation.
- Coordinating loading and unloading activities together with the warehouse teams.
- Processing incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse management system.
- Creating, checking, and processing operational documents such as CMRs, loading lists, and warehouse checklists.
- Scheduling and coordinating collection and delivery times with transport partners.
- Acting as a point of contact for drivers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Overseeing correct identification, labeling, and processing of goods according to internal quality standards.
- Investigating, registering, and reporting deviations or discrepancies in shipments.
- Supporting inventory management and inventory activities.
- Following up on operational processes and ensuring correct registration in the systems.
- Creating operational reports and updates for management.
- Thinking along about process improvements and efficiency gains within the warehouse operations.
- Reporting to the Warehouse Lead Agent.
Your ideal background:
- Experience within warehousing, logistics, transport, or supply chain is a strong asset.
- Good administrative skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a significant added value.
- You work accurately, even under time pressure and when multiple priorities converge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solution-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Team player who can also take independent responsibility.
- Flexible, customer-oriented, and attentive to detail.
