Your responsibilities:

As a Business Performance Analyst, you collect administrative and operational data to answer specific internal questions from various departments. You manage the collected data in the system and perform checks where necessary. Based on the data, you prepare the necessary reports. Playing with data is your passion, so it is no problem for you to perform critical analyses, interpretations, and syntheses of the reports. Of course, you will not be doing this alone. You will join a small but dynamic team and work together with many other departments.

• You contribute to the monitoring, optimization, and efficiency of internal processes. After all, innovation and renewal are important core values for them.
• You are co-responsible for providing the numerical substantiation for the internal and external price structure.
• You are able to provide numerical support for various ongoing projects from different departments.

Your ideal background:

You are an eager-to-learn, result-oriented initiator. You love working with data and possess strong critical thinking skills. Furthermore, you possess the necessary communication skills to work together with the various departments. Our ideal candidate is logical, punctual, accurate, and possesses the necessary skills to motivate colleagues.

You also possess:

• A higher economic or logistical education.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (this program no longer holds any secrets for you).
• Great interest in the logistics sector.
• Relevant experience in the logistics sector is a plus.
