Job Description:

WHAT WILL THE DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?

You will join BNP Paribas Wealth Management, a leading global private bank and the leading private bank in the Eurozone, in a dynamic of growth and investment. Present in several geographies, it supports a client base of private investors with targeted solutions adapted to their wealth management.

You will join the Wealth Management headquarters in Nanterre, within a collaborative working environment. You will work in close collaboration with the Finance Wealth Management teams, the Group teams, and other functions of the headquarters. The Paris and Lisbon teams work in a network, in a collaborative and agile mode with the various interlocutors of the sites. The shared working language is English. As part of the closing processes carried out, you will consolidate the business activity and income statement indicators, notably the income statement, assets under management, deposits, and loans. You will also perform analyses and write result commentaries for Wealth Management management and the Group. During the estimation processes, you will participate, in connection with the financial analysis and steering teams, in the construction and analysis of key performance indicators for the Wealth Management business. You will contribute to the development of the budgeting process and the analysis of various key performance indicators over different periods. You will participate in the production of summary documents and business reporting for Wealth Management management and the Group, notably summary, product, and segment reporting, with monitoring of the main key performance indicators. You will respond to ad hoc analysis requests formulated by the Group or Wealth Management management and contribute to the improvement of processes, the evolution of summary reporting, and projects related to your scope of responsibility.

You will also be in contact with many interlocutors from other business lines, in addition to daily interactions with the Group's expert teams.

ARE YOU OUR NEXT GLOBAL SYNTHESIS MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER?

You have at least 5 years of experience in management control. You have a very good level of English, as international will be your playground. You master Excel and an initial use of the PERSEUS tool would be a plus.

Your analytical spirit will be essential to explore, dig deep, decompose, compare, and reason. You know how to summarize and simplify ideas to make them accessible to your audience, while demonstrating rigor in data processing and analysis.
