Job Description:

Within the Group, the Inspection Générale function acts independently on behalf of General Management and conducts audit missions across all activities and locations. The Markets & Models domain plays a central role in analyzing risks related to market activities and models, within a demanding and constantly evolving regulatory environment.

What does it look like on a daily basis?

Within the teams in charge of professional practices, you will support the head of the Markets & Models domain on priorities related to conduct activities and contribute to the management of the associated audit program. You will evolve in an international environment, in close interaction with the Group's audit teams and control functions.

Concretely, you will be required to lead the governance and reporting of the audit program, notably through: organizing and facilitating committees; defining and maintaining the audit methodology, including risk and control matrices and audit guides; contributing to risk mapping and assessment as well as the definition and monitoring of the audit plan; ensuring global coordination of audit activities in connection with internal and international teams; participating in the facilitation of training and the dissemination of best practices to audit teams.

You will also interact with many internal stakeholders (audit teams, risk, compliance, and technology functions), in a context of transformation and continuous improvement of practices.

Based in Paris (19th arrondissement), you will join a collaborative and flexible working environment, easily accessible by transport (RER E, tramway, and metro).

Are you our next DMA Conduct Professional Practices Specialist?

You have at least 3 years of experience, including internships and apprenticeships, in audit and/or risk management in the banking sector. You possess a good understanding of risks, control mechanisms, and associated regulatory expectations.

You notably possess the following skills:

• experience in managing improvement or remediation projects in risk management;
• ability to analyze complex issues and structure recommendations;
• ease in oral and written communication to interact with various interlocutors, including regulatory bodies;
• ability to evolve in an international environment and work with geographically dispersed teams;
• adaptability and ability to support change.

Your level of English is fluent, both spoken and written.
