What will it be like on a daily basis?

The candidate will join the Communications, Brand & Reputation team, based in Paris. You will evolve at the heart of a strategic environment whose task is to drive the company's brand image and reputation. You will provide essential support in the implementation of measurement tools and the management of cross-functional projects, aimed at optimizing the performance and collaboration of the entity's internal and external communication.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Performance analysis: you will ensure the maintenance and evolution of the team's performance measurement tool. You will contribute to evaluating the impact of communication campaigns according to the audiences and channels used, and participate in drafting performance reports for stakeholders.
• Support for corporate project management: you will assist the team in monitoring various strategic projects. This includes coordination with different internal departments to ensure deadlines are met, organizing follow-up meetings, and drafting minutes and action plans.
• Process optimization: you will support the team in managing and monitoring operational processes to facilitate their understanding and adoption within the organization.
• Cross-functional coordination: you will act as a support point to ensure a smooth flow of information between different teams, thereby guaranteeing the consistency and effectiveness of communication actions.

And afterwards?

This internship will allow you to develop solid expertise in corporate project management and performance analysis (KPIs), while acquiring a global vision of the reputation challenges of a large financial group. You will build skills in managing strategic indicators and coordinating complex projects. This position offers privileged immersion within the Group's support functions, opening prospects for evolution towards roles such as communication officer, project manager, or Brand & Reputation manager.

Are you our next Communications, Brand & Reputation Intern (M/F)?

You are preparing a Bac +4/5 degree from a business school (or university equivalent), with a specialization in project management, communication, or a similar field. You have perfect mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of PowerBI would be a major asset for your analysis tasks. You have a professional level of English to operate in an international context. You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as a keen sense of organization and great attention to detail. Finally, you demonstrate autonomy, responsibility, and a real curiosity for project management. Your interpersonal skills and team spirit will allow you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and adapt quickly to a stimulating environment.
