For our location in Karlstein am Main, near Aschaffenburg, we are looking for the earliest possible date for a Controller (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Support in budget preparation according to IFRS
• Execution of earnings analyses and creation of management reporting at the company level (monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements) as well as their continuous further development
• Planning and analysis of liquidity development
• Analysis of costs along the production process chain and determination of the causes of deviations with corresponding recommendations for action
• Creation of profitability calculations and business plans as well as participation in determining target costs within the framework of product development processes
• Expansion of project-related reporting structures including cost and progress tracking
• Collaboration on projects in the area of Controlling/ Finance as well as participation in and rollout of process improvements
• Further development and introduction of new controlling instruments and support in the introduction of BI-Tools
• Contact person for financial and business administration questions
• Timeliness and reporting: Stiftung EAR and Stiftung Verpackung
• Statistical reports to federal and state authorities

Qualification

• Degree in economics or industrial engineering (TH/FH)
• Professional experience in comparable fields of responsibility in industry or consulting
• Proficient use of MS-Office and ERP, reporting, analysis, and planning tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, Power-BI)
• Independent way of working, analytical thinking skills, IT affinity, and ability to work in a team
• with open communication
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
