Junior Controller (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Support in budget planning, forecasting, and the creation of monthly/quarterly reports.
• Execution of target-actual comparisons, variance analyses regarding personnel costs, turnover, and recruitment.
• Preparation of reports, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., cycle times, yield, personnel expenses, absenteeism) in Excel or SAP.
• Financial planning and analysis of production sites.
• Collaboration with all specialist departments, ad-hoc analyses, as well as preparation of presentations for management.

Requirements:

• Experience in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP).
• Completed degree in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik (Bachelor/Master) or comparable training.
• Initial experience in controlling, e.g., as a working student; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
• Very good Excel skills; analytical, structured, and team-oriented.
• Good English skills.
• Initiative, willingness to learn, teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and good numerical understanding.
• Reliability and accuracy.
