Content Creator

Responsibilities:

Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms. Develop creative content ideas that promote the company's properties and brand. Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns. Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in content creation and social media management. Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software. Strong storytelling and creative skills. Excellent communication skills. Must reside within or close to Ajah for an easy commute. Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN  150,000

Work Mode: Hybrid (3days onsite)
