Delivery Manager

About the company

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will ensure the quality, predictability, and efficiency of software project delivery at Blurify.

Your tasks

In this role, you will take over two teams – Project Management and Product, gaining significant autonomy in shaping their way of working, developing competencies, and implementing your own ideas. You will be responsible for the development of delivery processes, the health of the project portfolio, and the effectiveness of achieving business goals.

This is a role where strategic thinking meets real action. Your decisions will have a direct impact on the entire company's results, and close cooperation with the Management Board will allow you to develop business and strategic competencies, with a perspective of joining the Leadership Team and co-deciding on the future of Blurify.

1.Custom iGaming platforms ➡️ We build solutions for clients who go beyond the limitations of white-label and turnkey models. We create platforms with an emphasis on product differentiators: community, multiplayer, engaging events, tournaments, and user experience personalization.

2.B2B platform implementations ➡️ We handle the development and implementation of platforms for business clients, working closely with the product, client requirements, and real market needs.

3.AI-first platform framework – Openora.ai**** ➡️ We are creating a platform framework from scratch, designed to enable fast, secure, and repeatable building and development of iGaming platforms. We want AI-first to be more than a marketing slogan, but a real way to accelerate development, standardize solutions, and limit technical risk.

• Develop and standardize delivery processes - define, implement, and improve project management standards, including planning, reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain the health of the project portfolio - regularly monitor project statuses, identify risks, and analyze deviations in terms of schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Ensure predictability and efficiency of project delivery - initiate corrective actions, improve processes, and support teams in solving problems.
• Support Project Managers in daily challenges - assist in managing escalations, removing blockers, and conducting demanding conversations with clients.
• Manage and develop the PM and Product team - support competency development, provide mentoring, set development goals, and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new people.
• Collaborate with other areas of the organization - work closely with Sales, Tech/Delivery Leads, and the Management Board, ensuring consistency of actions and achievement of business goals.
• Report results and recommend improvements - provide the Management Board with a clear picture of the portfolio's health, key indicators, risks, and areas requiring decisions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility, sees opportunities where others see problems, and can translate ideas into concrete results.

Your experience and competencies

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a Delivery Manager role or in managing a team of Project Managers, supporting their development, and effectively leading delivery.
• You have been operating in the IT project world for at least 8 years, you know how to effectively manage projects and an entire portfolio, and the specifics of working in a software house are not foreign to you.
• You are very familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches) and can adapt them to the specifics of the organization and projects.
• You have a tech-savvy mindset, efficiently using technology, automation, and AI to optimize processes and increase team efficiency.
• You have practical experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and analyzing project profitability.
• You can define, monitor, and interpret project KPIs and use dashboards and RAG reporting to make decisions.
• You understand the digital product lifecycle and the specifics of cooperation between project, product, and technology teams.
• You have experience in creating, implementing, and optimizing project management processes on an organizational scale.
• English at a minimum C1 level.
• Readiness for hybrid work (minimum 3 days a week in the office in Wrocław).
