The Role

You'll own the Workfront solution design and delivery approach on the client engagements you lead. That means running discovery, deciding how workflows, custom forms, access levels and reporting fit the way each client's teams really work, and directing the Functional Consultants who build it. Your week moves between client workshops, design reviews with your build team and the odd pursuit, where you run the Workfront platform demo around the prospect's own requests and approvals. You'll report to our Technology Lead for Workfront, who sets the standard across the capability, while the design on your engagements is yours to call. It's workstream leadership rather than line management, and you'll judge your success by whether clients are still using Workfront well months after go-live.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery and design of each Workfront solution so it fits how the client operates, with design sign-off before the build starts
• Set the build sequence with the Project Manager, so requirements land in the order the client needs them, not the order they were raised
• Direct the Workfront build day to day, guiding Functional Consultants and reviewing configuration before anything reaches the client
• Handle client escalations on Workfront, fixing what sits within the design and raising wider issues with the Technology Lead early
• Run the platform demo on pursuits, built around the prospect's real work requests, approvals and reporting
• Design client enablement so each client's own administrators can run Workfront confidently after go-live
• Mentor and reuse by pairing with Functional Consultants and turning proven designs into templates, with AI speeding up configuration docs

What you'll bring

• Hands-on Adobe Workfront depth, having configured live client instances end to end rather than only using the platform
• Solution design ownership, having led discovery and turned how a client team works day to day into a design they signed off
• Workstream leadership directing other consultants' build and reviewing configuration quality without needing line management to do it
• Client-facing confidence running workshops, handling escalations and demoing to senior marketing and operations stakeholders
• Enablement experience designing training and admin handover so clients can run the platform themselves
• Consulting delivery background in a consultancy, agency or partner setting, working to a plan alongside Project Managers
• Adobe Workfront certification is a strong plus, as is exposure to the wider Adobe Experience Cloud

We're shaping our proven Workfront designs and templates into a reusable practice now, and the lead consultants who join at this stage set the pattern the rest of the capability builds on. You'll see engagements from discovery through go-live and into adoption, with a seat in pursuits as well as delivery.
