QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

Responsible for institutionalizing quality standards, programs and processes to improve operational efficiencies. Initiates creation of test and audit materials that will measure effectiveness of set standards and compliance thereof by production personnel. Attend to matters relating to customer claims both internal and external.

Qualifications/Requirements: A university degree or college diploma in a field related to Engineering and / or Business Administration Knowledge of manufacturing concepts Ability to grasp modern technology quickly Must be a good communicator Ability to prioritize multiple projects Enthusiastic, cooperative and positive behavior Computer literate is a must particularly Microsoft Office Experience in ISO documentation is an advantage
