Service Engineer

What will you do? As a Service Engineer, you will ensure that our advanced packaging machines and lines function optimally worldwide. Following the internal assembly, testing phase, and shipment of the customer-specific machine, you will guide the entire process: from installation to the startup process at the customer's site. Your activities consist of: independently installing machines and lines

In doing so, you are the face of the company to the customer. Thanks to your expertise and eye for detail, our machines not only meet the highest quality standards but also align perfectly with the customer's wishes. Additionally, you will work closely with colleagues from the software, mechanical, and hardware departments to continuously implement improvements and optimizations. Your analytical ability and problem-solving insight make the difference – especially when malfunctions occur after installation. In short: you are the indispensable link in successfully delivering our high-quality packaging solutions.

Who are we? BluePrint Automation (BPA) is a leading manufacturer of packaging machines, handling both the design and production of these machines. Our advanced machines are responsible for the efficient packaging of various products in both boxes and flexible bags. This includes various products, such as chips, candy, fries, dishwasher tablets, cheese, and ice cream. Each of our customers has unique requirements, which means every machine we deliver is custom-made to meet these specific needs. What do you bring? HBO level of work and thinking in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation;

Experience with commissioning machines, including PLC control systems, preferably Siemens, Beckhoff and/or Allen Bradley;

Knowledge of Servo systems, preferably from Bosch Rexroth, and experience with HMI and Vision systems;

Proficient in reading electrical schematics and connecting electric motors and frequency drives;

Accurate in maintaining reports and documentation;

Willingness to travel internationally on a structural basis and the ability to work flexibly;

Driving license B and good command of the English and German languages. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

What do we offer? A market-conform salary (depending on experience and age), including allowances for international travel.
