BlueHeart Energy was founded in 2016 as a deep-tech company that has developed a new sustainable thermoacoustics technology to radically improve the performance of heat pumps, enabling them to evolve from being the best solution in the market to becoming the perfect solution. Our technology is a disruptive approach to generate heat and cold, with potential to revolutionize the whole industry.

With our so called 'Blue Heart' inside, heat pumps turn into affordable, silent and flexible devices, capable of working with wide temperature ranges suitable for both new and existing houses. Importantly, BlueHeart doesn't require any refrigerants and doesn't generate any CO2e emissions.

About the Role

As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in making sure BlueHeart Energy's workplace runs smoothly every day and remains a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for employees and visitors.

This is a part-time position for 24 hours per week, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a workplace and creating an environment where people have everything they need to do their best work.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day office operations, from workplace organization, lunches, groceries, and office supplies to deliveries, facilities, maintenance coordination, and external suppliers. You will also support workplace safety administration and help ensure our shared spaces are functional, well maintained, and ready for employees each working day.
