This is a full-time, fixed-term production position at Bluefors Oy (employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy) until 31.12.2026, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, mainly day shift with possible 2-shift readiness.

You will perform manual assembly and testing of standardized cable products and other production-support tasks.

Applicants must have vocational education, about six months' work experience, soldering skills (tested during recruitment), English proficiency, good manual dexterity, and attention to detail.

Salary is paid monthly.

We are looking for a production worker with soldering skills for our client Bluefors Oy to join their team in manufacturing and testing of standardized cable products for a fixed-term employment contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday.

Job Description

Manual assembly and testing of standardized cable products

Other tasks supporting production as needed

We expect you to have

Experience in manual soldering (through work experience or relevant vocational training such as electronics assembler or micromechanic). Soldering skills will be tested during the recruitment process.

Strong work ethic, focus, and attention to detail

Proficiency in English (English is the working language)

Ability to follow routines and handle pressure

Good manual dexterity for working with small components and wires

Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday. The work is mainly done in a day shift, but there needs to be readiness for 2-shift model if needed.
