System Engineer

Responsibilities

Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server environments.

Perform SQL Server administration and operational support.

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration and automation.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure services.

Support day-to-day enterprise infrastructure operations.

Follow operational procedures, security standards, and change management processes.

Work with senior engineers on infrastructure and identity-related activities.

Participate in technical projects, upgrades, and service improvements.

Document technical activities and operational procedures.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on system engineer with strong Microsoft infrastructure fundamentals, good troubleshooting capabilities, and willingness to learn and expand into enterprise identity and access management technologies.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a system engineer/infrastructure engineer.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.

Good knowledge of Group Policy (GPO), OUs, Domain Controllers, DNS, and Windows Server.

Practical experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration.

Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in enterprise environments is preferred.

Ability to learn and work with new Microsoft technologies and enterprise platforms.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
