Production Supervisor

Your tasks

1. Control the production process to comply with the production plan
2. Coordinate with relevant departments regarding the establishment of production standards
3. Develop and improve production processes for efficiency
4. Develop and improve the performance of employees in the department to meet production targets
5. Supervise and manage the work of operational level employees to comply with the production plan
6. Analyze and solve technical production problems
7. Summarize daily and monthly reports and problems regarding the production process

Supervise subordinates to comply with the company's rules, regulations, and discipline

Requirements

1. High Vocational of higher in Electronic or other related filed
2. Experience work in PCB Assembly industry will be advantag
3. Can communication in English
4. Exceptional leadership abilities
5. Teamwork and team building spirit
6. Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft office expertise)
