We are developing a global platform in the iGaming industry. Our systems handle massive traffic on a living organism – that is over 100 million requests per day (over 3 billion monthly). Our production environments are large online services where traffic occurs constantly.

We design distributed architecture focused on reliability and high traffic. With us, you receive a concept from the business, and your task is to independently write and implement features from A to Z into the production environment.

We build things that matter, and I am looking for someone who will take responsibility for a product team (10–20 people) and deliver results, not just statuses.

Daily tasks

• This is a position with high impact, high responsibility, and great space to change how we build.
• We are looking for someone with a firm hand who will take full responsibility for the product team and deliver results.
• At the beginning (~70% code, 30% architecture): You will focus on writing advanced code in Node.js and designing to get to know our system intimately from the inside.
• In the next stage: You will take responsibility for architectural development as well as recruitment and team reorganization.

Requirements

What do we absolutely expect? (Mandatory conditions)

• Experience in building, scaling, or reorganizing product teams (analysts, dev, QA). We are not looking for someone who only wants to learn this - this is an absolute requirement; we are looking for a substantive leader.
• Expert knowledge in Node.js and TypeScript. We are looking for someone who will be a strong technical authority - our current Seniors should not be able to outmatch you technically or in terms of skills.
• Practical knowledge of: Event Loop profiling, memory leaks, WebSockets, asynchronicity, as well as MySQL and Redis.
• Experience in orchestration and containerization of microservices based on the Docker & Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Experience with advanced production environments with high online traffic. If you are responsible for a live production environment, we expect openness to flexible working hours.
• Experience in independently deploying features to production from A to Z.
• Skills in effectively using tools such as Claude Code in daily work.
• Explicitly stated experience in the iGaming, gambling, or betting industry, or related sectors.
• Proactivity, openness, and ease in establishing contacts. We are looking for someone who can listen, efficiently extract necessary information from the team, and ensure that everyone is playing in the same information league.
• English language at a minimum C1 level - conducting recruitment smoothly and working daily with an English-speaking team.
