About the role We are looking for an experienced person who understands game economy and can realistically influence key metrics: ARPU, LTV, and retention. If you have experience in iGaming or F2P projects and can design a system from scratch - this might be the role for you. We are creating a new Game Economy department and we want someone who will take responsibility for it: from modeling systems, through data analysis, to managing the growth team. We expect independence, initiative, and very extensive experience. If you are looking for a place where your knowledge translates into concrete results - Apply! From our side, you can count on: Remuneration of 16,000 - 26,000 PLN net on a B2B contract (depending on skills and experience). Probationary period is 2 months, followed by an indefinite term contract. Fully remote work. Macbook laptop. Home office subsidy - we will ensure you have a comfortable workstation. We take an individual approach to each employee's needs, so together we will choose the accessories that best suit your needs. Bonuses for results and engagement. Training budget - we care about your development. Opportunity to participate in conferences and business trips - participation is voluntary, and the company covers the costs. Organizational culture: we are an innovative and dynamic company where your development faces no limits – it is up to you to decide how far you want to go. Paid leave (20 days) and public holidays. We have a steady daily rhythm, but there is no problem if you take a longer break during the day for a workout, a doctor, or other commitments. Multisport card subsidy. Employee referral program. Openness to your ideas – if you are missing a certain benefit, we are ready to consider it.
