SERVICE CREW – BATEEL

Responsibilities

Be an ambassador for the Brand and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image

Provide excellent customer service and tasting of products

Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly and yearly basis

Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory

Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures

Ensure food safety regulations & hygiene are followed as according to SFA’s policy

Handling of cash, POS system and report of daily sales when on duty

Requirements

A team player, with welcoming personality and must be comfortable to work in fast paced environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on and customer-focused role

High initiative and positive attitude

Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
