Procurement Specialist – Raw Materials / Packaging & Marketing Materials
We have two opportunities available within our Procurement function:
- Procurement Specialist – Raw Materials
- Source and procure pharmaceutical raw materials in line with planning and business requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
- Request and evaluate quotations and support supplier selection.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and material availability.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor procurement activities to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
- Procurement Specialist – Packaging & Marketing Materials
- Source and procure packaging and marketing materials according to business requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
- Request, compare, and negotiate quotations.
- Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely availability.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure materials are available as planned.
- Ensure procurement activities meet required quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
1.Requirements for Procurement Specialist – Raw Materials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Relevant experience in procurement of pharmaceutical/raw materials.
- Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in packaging and/or marketing materials procurement.
- Strong supplier management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and purchasing follow-up.
