Hostess

Welcome and greet all guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.

Create a positive first impression that reflects the luxury standards of the venue.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.

Coordinate closely with Captains, Waiters, Restaurant Managers, Guest Relations, and Reservations teams.

Monitor table availability and optimize seating arrangements according to reservations and operational requirements.

Handle guest requests, special occasions, VIP arrivals, and seating preferences professionally.

Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate updates to the relevant departments.

Ensure the entrance, reception, and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Assist with VIP and special-event arrangements.

Provide accurate information about restaurant concepts, menus, operating hours, events, and entertainment.

Maintain a high level of personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.

Follow company policies, service standards, safety procedures, and boat-specific operational guidelines.

Support the team in delivering a seamless luxury dining and nightlife experience.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager.

1-3 years of Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or similar hospitality position.

Experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants, hotels, clubs, or entertainment venues is preferred.

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
