Job Summary Join Blue House as a Principal to lead educators in delivering a high-quality early childhood programme inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Drive pedagogical excellence, foster collaboration with families, and support children’s holistic learning in a diverse community.

Your tasks

• Lead and inspire educators to implement the Reggio Emilia approach, enhancing pedagogical practices and curriculum development
• Facilitate intentional observation, documentation, and reflection to communicate children’s learning effectively through verbal and written means
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents to support children’s learning and wellbeing
• Advocate for children’s rights to a holistic and integrated learning experience
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth centre operations
• Utilize Google Suite tools to coordinate communication and documentation within the team
• Adapt leadership and problem-solving approaches to meet the needs of a diverse international community
• Foster a creative and flexible environment that encourages innovative thinking and continuous improvement

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Leadership
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
