Senior Mendix Consultant

As a Senior Mendix Developer, you will work on creative and challenging projects, both in the Netherlands and internationally. What are you going to do? As a Senior Mendix consultant, you do much more than just typing code. You bridge the gap between technology and business needs. From a web application that automates processes for a large European banking institution, to setting up a Mendix App Factory for a team of low-code rookies, to developing a mobile native app that connects newcomers with Dutch people. At Blue Green, it's all possible. Collaboration is our norm, whether that is at the office in Amsterdam, at home, or at the client's location. We find it important to see each other regularly, for knowledge sessions, lunch, drinks, to work together, or just to catch up. We have multiple experienced Mendix Experts in our team. People you can spar with, who support you and vice versa. We share knowledge, experience, and use cases during our bi-weekly Mendix Mingles.
What’s in it for you? At Blue Green, we love transparency, so you get all the employment conditions laid out immediately: Between €7,000.- and €8,000.- gross per month, based on full-time employment (40h) which includes: Monthly project bonus
8% of your monthly salary as holiday allowance, which we pay out every month
To be able to do your job well, you receive a monthly allowance for:
- telephone costs allowance
- internet allowance for fast internet at home
- mobility allowance (bicycle, public transport, car, or motorcycle)
Up to a maximum of €6,000.- annual bonus based on company results
23 study days per year
€2,000.- study budget
€2,000.- per two years hardware budget so you can purchase all necessary equipment to perform your work
30 vacation days per year based on full-time. There are no mandatory days off, so you decide for yourself which holidays you find important
Every 4 years you can take a maximum of 4 months unpaid leave. This way you can explore the world without putting your career on pause. Do come back!

When do we have a match? You are Mendix Expert Certified, or are willing to obtain this in a short period from your current Mendix Advanced certification. Furthermore, you are Scrum PSM-1 certified or are familiar with an agile working system. As an experienced low-code consultant, you enjoy not only building applications but also spotting opportunities with your clients, thinking about how processes and systems can work truly well, and bringing people along in your enthusiasm for low-code. Experience with UX design, Java, setting up/supporting (M)CoE’s, training and coaching, or another expertise that adds value to our team is a plus! As an organization without managers and bosses, we expect you to dare to take responsibility and derive energy from spotting opportunities and taking immediate action. Whether it is for your own development, the client, or the organization. Furthermore, you speak and write good Dutch and English, live in the Netherlands, and have a driver's license.
