Waiter / Waitress (Restaurant Service Crew)

Job Description

Blu Kouzina is looking for service-oriented individuals to join our restaurant team and deliver quality dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Attend to guests' requests, enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow restaurant service, food safety and hygiene procedures.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage service is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Responsible, courteous and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Full-time position: 5 working days per week, 44 hours per week.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
