QUALITY CONTROL/ASSURANCE OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities: Material Inspection: Check incoming raw ingredients, packaging, and supplies against approved quality and quantity specifications. Process Monitoring: Conduct routine checks during food prep, cooking, packing, and storage, including weight/size verification and random sample collection. Sanitation & Hygiene: Monitor personal hygiene of personnel and enforce cleaning, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Recordkeeping: Verify temperature logs, expiration dates, shelf-life indicators, product traceability data, and audit reports. Corrective Actions: Report nonconforming items or food safety hazards https://philjobnet.gov.ph/employer/immediately and collaborate with production to pull or rework defective batches. Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems and assist in conducting internal staff training.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology or any related degree At least 1 year of QA/QC experience in food processing, baking, or commissary operations.
