The role

We're looking for an experienced community manager who can take a Discord server from 0 to 10K, who loves the challenge of creating engagement and who has experience working with off-the-rails degen communities.

We're building a crypto casino that isn't afraid to push boundaries and try new things. Our product is going to push boundaries and is all in-house developed and we'd love someone who can create a unit of top-tier moderators and keep our Discord server busy, active and hilarious.

What success looks like (first 30 days)

Existing server setup reviewed and improved to make it fit for purpose.

Discord feels alive. People are posting weird stuff, funny stuff. Complaints are handled immediately, and mods are replying quickly and in the brand tone of voice.

Moderators and standard operating procedures in place; spam and scam incidents reduced with fast response.

Weekly events running smoothly (AMAs, tournaments, giveaways, quests).

Weekly community reports sent to management.

What you’ll do

Community growth & engagement

Run daily community engagement across Telegram and Discord with Discord the number one focus (Telegram is for announcements).

Create and execute weekly content and event plans: prompts, polls, AMAs, giveaways, quests, leaderboards.

Build community culture: tone of voice, memes, rituals, community “moments,” and retention loops.

Identify power users, VIPs, and advocates; create programs that reward loyalty and contribution.

Moderation & safety

Maintain a clean environment: remove spam and scams, enforce rules, manage bans, mutes, and warnings.

Set up and manage moderation workflows, escalation paths, and incident response (raids, phishing attempts, impersonators).

Recruit, train, and manage volunteer moderators (where applicable) with clear shifts and activity reports.

Communications & coordination

Post and coordinate announcements: product updates, promotions, tournament schedules, results, and updates.

Liaise with support, risk, and payments teams to resolve user issues quickly and escalate serious cases.

Collect structured feedback from users and report it back to product and growth teams (bugs, feature requests, friction points).

Community operations & reporting

Maintain calendars, pinned posts, FAQs, onboarding messages, bot automations, and channel structure.

Track and report community KPIs: active users, message volume, sentiment, retention, event participation, support deflection.

Requirements

2+ years experience managing communities on Telegram and/or Discord (crypto, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or similar).

Strong written communication and the ability to match brand tone across platforms.

Comfortable moderating high-traffic chats and handling conflict calmly.

Organised and reliable: can run calendars, workflows, and repeatable weekly plans.

Familiarity with bots, roles, and community tooling (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Collab.Land, etc.).

Experience in crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or iGaming.

Experience working with KOLs and influencers and coordinating community-driven campaigns.

Basic analytics skills (dashboards, KPI reporting, sentiment tracking).

Event and community growth experience (quests, referral programs, tournaments).

KPIs you’ll own

Daily active community members (Telegram and Discord).

Engagement rate (messages per active user, participation in events).

Community growth (new members, retention).

Sentiment and issue resolution speed.

Spam and scam reduction and response time.
