Role Description The Lash Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki. The Lash Technician will perform professional lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets, infills, and safe removals, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and client care. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable lash styles, and ensuring accurate, detail-oriented application. The role also involves brow grooming and maintenance services, product knowledge and retail recommendations, and proper documentation of appointments and client records. The Lash Technician will support studio operations by keeping workstations clean, following safety protocols, assisting with client scheduling, and contributing to a welcoming, professional environment. Qualifications

• Professional lash application skills, including knowledge of classic, hybrid, and volume lash techniques.
• Competence in brow grooming, shaping, and maintenance, with attention to symmetry and aesthetics.
• Strong client service skills, including effective communication, consultation, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, including sanitation of tools, workstations, and adherence to health guidelines.
• Attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and patience for precision work over extended periods.
• Basic appointment management, time management, and reliability in following schedules and studio procedures.
• Previous experience as a Lash Technician or beauty professional in a salon or spa setting is an advantage.
• Relevant training or certification in lash extensions or beauty therapy; willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented studio environment.
