Help shape success Together with a motivated and open-minded team, you will optimize our procurement: creating structures, establishing processes, and setting standards! In doing so, you will cover a wide range of topics and investment frameworks in active procurement - services, capital goods, and consumables, e.g., in the product groups steel/metal construction, craft services, TGA, and containers. For assigned product groups, the team is involved in all projects with a procurement background and has the following focuses:

• Strategy: You support strategic further development while monitoring the procurement market.
• Supplier Management: You take over the analysis and evaluation of offers and specifications, as well as supplier selection and evaluation.
• Contract Management: You deal with the design and conclusion of framework agreements.
• Know-how: You expand your specialist and market knowledge with an innovative spirit through regular visits to trade fairs and participation in further training.

Bring your strengths

Your basis is a completed commercial training such as Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification, e.g., as an engineer or technician (m/f/d) with further training as a procurement manager or Fachwirt for Einkauf (m/f/d). Your other skills and abilities:

• Expertise: You have gained several years of professional experience in the industrial / technical procurement of construction services and/or building technology services or in materials management or in Supply Chain Management related to the above-mentioned product groups.
• Professional Competence: In addition, you bring sound knowledge of contract law as well as negotiation and enforcement strength and confident handling of software for tendering, awarding, and billing in construction.
• Mindset: You have a strong cost awareness in combination with technical understanding as well as enjoyment in constantly furthering your expertise.
• Tools/Language: You have routine application knowledge in SAP HANA, MM module, and Office 365, as well as good written and spoken English skills.
• Mobility: We rely on your willingness to travel occasionally - to our other locations and relevant trade fairs.
