Maintenance Supervisor

BLE COLLECTION, a property management company based in Chania, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to organize and coordinate the maintenance works of its properties.

Main responsibilities: Organization and daily coordination of the maintenance team. Planning and monitoring of preventive and emergency works. Regular inspection of properties and recording of maintenance needs. Coordination of external technicians and contractors. Ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of works. Required Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or in building management/maintenance. Experience in maintenance, facility management, hotel engineering, property management, or technical coordination. Good knowledge of English and IT. Very good organizational and administrative skills. Ability to coordinate a team and solve problems. Responsibility, consistency, and team spirit. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production and Management Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field will be appreciated.
