Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Gaming / Interactive Entertainment About the Role We are looking for a Community Operations Executive to help grow our games’ presence across international social and livestreaming platforms. You will support social media publishing, community engagement and partnerships with content creators, influencers and streamers. Working with content and direction provided by the team, you will help strengthen our organic reach, build relationships with gaming communities and support performance-based creator collaborations. This role is suitable for someone who understands international online culture, enjoys gaming and is comfortable communicating with creators and online communities. Key Responsibilities Social Media and Community Management Publish and maintain content across platforms such as Facebook, Discord, TikTok and YouTube

Follow the team’s content calendar, posting standards and brand guidelines

Ensure content is published accurately and consistently according to schedule

Respond to community comments and messages in a timely, friendly and on-brand manner

Monitor community feedback and flag relevant trends, concerns or opportunities to the team

Adapt basic copy and messaging to suit different platforms and audiences

Creator, Influencer and Streamer Partnerships Identify and reach out to suitable content creators, influencers and streamers for potential collaborations

Conduct outreach through email, direct messages and other relevant channels

Coordinate cost-per-sale partnerships and communicate campaign requirements, deliverables and timelines

Follow up with creators to ensure agreed content and livestream activities are completed

Maintain simple records of ongoing partnerships, timelines, deliverables and commercial terms

Track basic conversion and performance results from creator partnerships

Trends and Content Insights Stay updated on international social media, gaming and livestreaming trends

Monitor the types of content, topics and formats that resonate with overseas audiences

Share relevant observations with the team to support campaign planning and content development

Identify emerging creators, platforms and community trends that may present collaboration opportunities

Requirements Familiar and comfortable with international social and community platforms such as Facebook, Discord, TikTok and YouTube

Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and creator-led content

Good understanding of international online culture, platform trends and global audience preferences

Good written English, with the ability to communicate clearly with creators and online communities

Basic copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone across different platforms

Comfortable conducting outreach and cold-messaging potential creator partners

Organised, reliable and able to follow content guidelines consistently

Comfortable working independently after receiving clear direction

Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, performance tracking or conversion-based partnerships is an advantage

Chinese language proficiency is an advantage for coordinating with Chinese-speaking internal stakeholders

Experience in gaming, social media, community management, creator partnerships or affiliate marketing is an advantage, but not required
