Construction & Digitalization (m/f/d) (Mechanical Engineer)

Your Tasks:

Mechanical Engineering:

• Development of requirement- and manufacturing-compliant 3D models and assemblies in Creo 10 incl. drawing derivation and documentation (DE/EN)
• Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) and structural design for additive manufacturing
• Execution of design calculations, FEM analyses and requirement-compliant material selection (incl. composite applications)

Digitalization & Development:

• Digitalization & further development of design and development processes (e.g., tutorials, knowledge base, AI/app-supported design approaches)
• Simulations in the composite environment
• Evaluation and analysis of relevant data for the creation of key figures, reports and decision-making bases
• Optimization and further development of existing systems, tools and standards in the design environment

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Maschinenbau or technical training with further training as a Maschinenbautechniker
• Very good user knowledge in a CAD system, preferably Creo
• Affinity for the digital working world as well as interest in process optimization and new tools/methods
• Know-how in relevant standards/norms as well as practical experience with modern, digital design methods (e.g., CAD/CAE)
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Creativity, teamwork, communication strength and high initiative
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form as well as willingness to travel in an international environment
• Independent planning, coordination and implementation of sub-projects in international cooperation
