Are you an experienced Financial Adviser, Sales Manager or Sales Coach ready to take your career to the next level?
Our client, is a growing financial planning organisation looking for an ambitious Business Manager to help drive the development of its advisory team, strengthen client relationships and deliver sustainable growth.
The opportunity
This is a high-impact role where you'll combine leadership, coaching, business development and financial advice .
You'll be responsible for:
- Coaching and developing Financial Advisers
- Helping advisers grow their client books and revenue
- Creating and driving individual business plans
- Developing professional connections and new business opportunities
- Supporting lead generation and client onboarding
- Working with Operations & Compliance to improve processes
- Helping ensure excellent client outcomes and strong regulatory standards
- Working with the leadership team on strategic business improvements
What we're looking for
You'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Coach or experienced Financial Adviser
- Strong people-management and coaching skills
- Excellent financial services knowledge
- Level 6 CII/CISI qualification , or close to completion
- Strong knowledge of UK financial services regulation
- Understanding of Consumer Duty and compliance
- A track record of developing profitable professional relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to influence, motivate and build trust
