My client, a globally recognized architectural consultancy known for shaping the skylines of the Middle East. We are seeking a visionary Concept Architect with a passion for high-end hospitality and complex, large-scale mixed-use developments.

In this role, you will lead the conceptual development of iconic projects, acting as the bridge between ambitious design intent and technical excellence. You will work within a collaborative, international team, pushing the boundaries of architectural form and functional integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Lead the design process from initial brief through to schematic design, translating complex client requirements into cohesive, world-class architectural concepts.
• Project Leadership: Act as a project lead, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design continuity and high-quality deliverables.
• Design Excellence: Maintain the firm's standard of excellence across Middle Eastern projects, ensuring designs are contextually relevant, culturally sensitive, and commercially viable.
• Advanced Technical Execution: Utilize high-level proficiency in Revit and Rhino to develop intricate massing, complex geometries, and fully coordinated BIM models.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical oversight to junior architectural staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and design rigor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8-12 years of professional experience within a reputable design-focused architectural practice.
• Sector Expertise: Proven track record in hospitality (luxury hotels, resorts) and large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Regional Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Middle Eastern market, including local codes, climatic considerations, and architectural trends.
• Software Mastery:
• Expert-level proficiency in Rhino for complex geometric modelling and design exploration.
• High proficiency in Revit for technical documentation and BIM coordination.
• Communication: Exceptional visual, verbal, and written communication skills in English; ability to present complex design narratives to clients and stakeholders.
