Video Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Produce and publish three original short videos every week. Research topics and develop scripts from our approved NDPA content calendar. Present naturally and confidently on camera. Record and edit videos with clear audio, suitable lighting, captions and consistent branding. Adapt approved videos for LinkedIn, Facebook and X. Cross-posting one video does not count as another original video. Produce four supporting text or graphic posts per month. Help produce founder-story content using recordings supplied by the founder. Coordinate reviews and approvals ahead of publishing deadlines. Monitor comments and messages, refer technical questions to the appropriate team member and pass sales enquiries to our inbound lead. Maintain organised scripts, footage, editable project files and finished content. Provide a weekly report covering publishing activity, audience engagement, enquiries generated and suggested improvements.

Requirements:

A university degree with First-Class Honours in English, Computer Science or Theatre Arts. Based in Nigeria and available for a full-time commitment. Excellent spoken and written English. Confident, natural presentation and strong storytelling skills. Ability to research unfamiliar subjects and explain them clearly. Demonstrable video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software. Ability to create supporting graphics using Canva, CapCut or similar tools. Practical understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook and X. Access to a smartphone or camera capable of clear video, a suitable editing device, microphone and reliable internet. Access to a quiet recording space with a tidy background and adequate lighting. Strong organisation, reliable delivery and willingness to incorporate feedback. Interest in cybersecurity, privacy and business education. Previous NDPA expertise is not essential. You must be willing to learn and submit technical content for expert review before publication.
